"Tom helped us choose a menu that was varied, elegant, suited to our own tastes, and that also fit within our budget. Tom provided us with good ideas, but was also entirely open to our proposed changes and needs. His wife Loretta was also a great help with logistics, arranging final details, and liasoning with the party rental company. We had a few quirks with our wedding (for example, I decided to make my own cake) and a moderate budget, and they took it all in stride. Everything was delicious, particularly the smoked fish and the dessert table. The servers working with Tom and Loretta were friendly and professional and helped everything go smoothly. We would certainly work with Tom again if we ever had another big event."
