Dear Loretta,
I cannot thank you enough for the beautifully prepared, delicious and varied  menu you provided for our party and brunch. AND, Albert and his team were fabulous: pleasant, efficient, and warmly professional. The party was a dream and the only negative thing was that it had to end. From our first meeting to the team's departure Saturday night, you and your team were friendly, responsive, confidence inspiring and generally a pleasure to work with.

We had many, many compliments on the food and service...from the variety of food (appetizers and dinner) and flavors to the yummy cake. At least a dozen people asked for the recipes for the sweet potatoes and the wheat berries and beans (do you share them?) Thanks again for catering for us. I hope I have the opportunity to call you again. I also hope orhers from the party will call you when the need arises.
